The Wranglr Story
It started with a simple question. A therapeutic riding center reached out and asked:
“Can you create software to help us manage volunteers and volunteer scheduling?”
Our answer was simple.
Yes.
With more than 20 years of experience designing websites and building software, we knew we could create something that worked. But as we started learning more about the therapeutic riding world, we realized this wasn’t just another software project.
We read stories of riders gaining confidence, independence and joy through their connection with horses. We saw the dedication of volunteers, instructors, and coordinators working tirelessly behind the scenes to make every session possible.
It became clear that equine-assisted service centers were doing life-changing work, often while juggling spreadsheets, paper forms, and complicated scheduling.
So we didn’t just build a volunteer scheduling tool.
We built Wranglr.

Wranglr was built in barns, offices and arenas alongside the people running equine-assisted programs every day.
Since 2018, we’ve worked closely with therapeutic riding centers across the country, listening, testing, and improving Wranglr based on real-world needs. From volunteer coordinators managing last-minute changes to instructors balancing full schedules, every feature has been shaped by the people who use it.
This isn’t software built for the industry. It’s software built with it.
Today, Wranglr supports a growing community of EAAT centers who rely on it to keep their programs running smoothly. We’re proud to stand alongside the centers, volunteers and teams doing this work, and to keep building Wranglr together.
