Donor Technology Request Template

Subject: Help us strengthen our programs with the right technology

Dear [Donor Name],

Thank you for your continued support of [Organization Name] and our mission to serve [participants/community served]. Your generosity helps make our work possible.

As our programs grow, so does the coordination required behind the scenes. Our team manages participant scheduling, volunteer coordination, records, and daily program operations — all essential to delivering safe, consistent, high-quality equine-assisted services. Right now, much of that work is handled through [spreadsheets/paper files/disconnected tools], which takes valuable time away from the people we serve.

We are seeking support for a subscription to Wranglr, specialized management software created for equine-assisted service organizations. Wranglr brings together scheduling, participant tracking, volunteer management, and program operations into one streamlined system so teams can spend more time changing lives and less time managing paperwork.

With Wranglr, we expect to:

• improve volunteer coordination
• reduce administrative burden
• strengthen day-to-day efficiency
• preserve important operational knowledge in one central system

We are inviting a small group of current supporters to help fund this investment. A gift of [$ amount] would help us secure an annual Wranglr subscription and strengthen the operational foundation behind our programs.

This is more than a software expense. It is an investment in the infrastructure that helps us serve participants and families more effectively.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support the systems behind our mission. I would be glad to share more about how Wranglr will support our organization’s work.

With gratitude,
