How to Add or Remove an Announcement / Facility-Wide Alert
To Add an Announcement / Facility-wide Alert:
Facility-wide alerts, or Announcements, can be used to share information with ALL users. Facility-wide alerts appear in a green box on every page of Wranglr.
To set a facility-wide alert go to the menu in the turquoise section, mouse over General and select “Organization Settings” from the drop down menu.
At the top of the page you’ll see “Facility-wide Alert,” in the text box add your text.
When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Organization” button.
To remove an Announcement / Facility-wide Alert:
Go back to General > Organization Settings, then remove the text in the facility-wide alert box. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Organization” button and it will be removed from all pages.
