Timecard Manager

You can give a User the Timecard Manager Login Role to allow them to manage timecards for your whole facility. Some examples of why you might want to do this are: 1) to allow one or more volunteers help you manage timecards for everyone and run reports, create and close timecards for people; 2) run your timecards in a Kiosk Mode. To do this have someone with Admin privileges edit your Organization settings from Admin -> Organizations. Then click on Customize -> Customize Time Tracking. On that view Un-check the checkbox that says Show Clock In/Out Button. This will turn off the ability for anyone that is not a Timecard Manager or Admin to create timecards. Then create a new User with first name of Timecard and last name of Manager. Use your email with an alias of something like myemail+timecards@facility.com (see knowledge base article on email aliases for more info). Make sure to give this new user the Login Role of Timecard Manager as in the below video. Then confirm that account and give it a password. Log in with this User on a computer at your facility and have people create timecards for themselves by selecting a User from the drop down and filling in their info. This still relies on the Honor System but works in most cases.

This video shows you how to create a Timecard Manager User in Wranglr and delegate Timecard Manager responsibilities to that user.
