Emmy Soyka
Herd Manager
Emmy leads the Wranglr customer experience, onboarding, and long-term success for therapeutic riding centers across the country. With deep roots in nonprofit work and a passion for mission-driven impact, Emmy ensures every center using Wranglr feels supported, heard, and empowered.
Emmy holds a Bachelor’s in International Affairs from CU Boulder and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. She’s worked with a diverse range of organizations, from grassroots missions in Mexico to national tech initiatives and local equine programs. This unique blend of service and strategy shapes how she partners with EAAT centers, leading demos, guiding onboarding, resolving challenges, and continuously refining how Wranglr meets the needs of its herd.

An independent and wickedly smart German Shepherd/Husky mix named Harper and an independent and wickedly smart Russian Blue cat named Ulysses! They keep me on my toes!

Outdoor adventures (skiing, hiking, biking, camping, riding), craft adventures (knitting, sewing, jewelry, needlepoint), kitchen adventures (cooking, baking, canning), musical adventures (ballet, piano, singing), and travel adventures…really anything that lets me learn about and explore something new!
