Real Centers. Real Impact.
Customer Stories
Equine-assisted programs are built on dedication, compassion, and a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. From coordinating volunteers to managing participants, horses, and schedules, the work that happens off the arena floor is just as important as what happens in it.
Wranglr was created to support that work, helping centers simplify operations so their teams can focus on the people and horses at the heart of their mission.
Across the country, equine-assisted service organizations are using Wranglr to bring clarity, coordination, and confidence to their daily operations.

Healing Reins
Bringing Systems to a Growing Program
At Healing Reins in Bend, Oregon, more than 230 participants come each week to experience the healing power of horses. Behind every lesson is a carefully coordinated network of volunteers, horses, and staff working together to make each session possible.
But as the program grew, managing those moving parts became increasingly difficult. Volunteer staffing was overwhelming, systems were fragmented, and keeping classes fully supported required constant coordination.
With Wranglr, Healing Reins found a better way to organize their programs. Volunteers can sign themselves up, participant and horse data live in one place, and last-minute staffing gaps can be filled in minutes with automated notifications.
What once required hours of coordination now happens smoothly—giving staff more time to focus on the people and horses they serve.
Hearts & Horses
Giving Volunteers the Freedom to Help
At Hearts & Horses in Loveland, Colorado, volunteers are the backbone of the program. They show up each week to support riders, care for horses, and help create moments of trust and transformation in the arena.
For years, coordinating those volunteers was a challenge. Scheduling ran through a single person, and every change meant phone calls, emails, and time that staff didn’t have to spare.
After adopting Wranglr, everything changed. Volunteers can now view opportunities, sign up for shifts, and receive notifications when help is needed—all within one simple system.
The result? Fewer administrative bottlenecks, fully staffed programs, and more time for staff to be where they belong: out in the barns and arenas supporting their community.
