How to Add or Edit a Mounting Area

Mounting areas are used to aid riders with different mobility issues. Once you set mounting areas for your facility they are used with a participant and on the schedule so you know what kind of mounting accessibility they need for their lesson.

Add a Mounting Area

To add a mounting area go to the menu in the turquoise section, mouse over General and select “Set Mounting Areas” from the drop down menu.

Next, click the “Add Mounting Area” button.

Then fill out the fields to create your New Mounting Area:

Name: Naming the mounting area is required.
Description:
Add an optional description of the mounting area, this could be the location. This only appears on the Mounting Area List.
Status: By default the status is Active, meaning it is in use. If you no longer need an active mounting area change the Status to Inactive. Note: Inactive mounting areas are not visible on the list. To see inactive mounting areas click the “Show Inactive” checkbox.

When you are done click the “Create Mounting Area” button and you will see your new mounting area in the list.

Edit a Mounting Area

To edit a mounting area go to the menu in the turquoise section, mouse over General and select “Set Mounting Areas” from the drop down menu.
